Prepare ingredients for eating. Be sure to wash vegetables and fruit before using for safety.
Place Cod Fish in water overnight. Remove Cod Fish and save water. Place in fresh water and cook med till fish has soften.
Cut the potatoes in small squares, slice the onion and red pepper, dice the garlic and add together with water, dry wine, olive oil, tomatoes sauce and add BIJOL® Stir and cook med low till potatoes are ready. Total cook time is 30 minutes. Enjoy!
