Red Snapper or Fish of your choice (3-4 lbs)
Sea Salt
Gourmet Seasoning by Bijol
Garlic minced
Olive Oil
Bijol Condiment (gives the golden yellow color)
Onions
Parsley
Lemon (after cooking)
Black Pepper (optional)
Prepare ingredients for eating. Be sure to wash vegetables and cook well.
Place fish on a baking dish. Mix olive oil with Bijol Condiment (1/4 tsp) and coat fish. Season with Sea Salt, Gourmet Seasoning, minced Garlic and Parsley. Garnish with Onions. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Lemon after cooked.
